Course Handout Web Page - $5,500

Sponsor this item and have your company logo and special marketing message placed on the Monterey Symposium course handout web page.

Conference Bags - $6,325

This is a favorite! The conference bag is big enough to hold all of the conference give-aways, and attendees use the bag all year at work and around town, extending your company name and messaging. The bags are canvas tote bags with a mesh water bottle pocket. The conference logo and your company logo will be on the bag for everyone to see.

Conference Notepads - $2,900

Notepads are always in use. The notepad has a pen loop and inside front pocket, is customized with your company logo or message, and distributed in all conference bags. Your message will be in front of the attendee long after the conference.

Expo Hall Maps - $2,500 (Exclusive); $840 (Co-Sponsored)

Prominently displayed in the lobby at the Monterey Symposium high traffic entrance, these meter board expo hall maps showcase your company’s logo and booth number. They are a great navigational tool for all attendees.

Message Board - $1,300

Placed in a highly visible location in the registration lobby, the message board provides the day’s schedule of events and is the official message site for all attendees to check and leave messages. This board will be a hub of activity, serving all Monterey Symposium attendees. Your company’s prominently displayed greeting will welcome all.

Conference Pens - $1,800

Conference pens are much appreciated by all attendees. Destined for their desk following the conference, your messaging lives on beyond the conference itself. The pens are conveniently handed out at registration.

Treasure Chest Raffle in the Exhibit Hall - Call for Costs (determined by item sponsored)

The Treasure Chest Raffle invites attendees to visit your booth to see the prize your company is sponsoring. Each attendee receives raffle tickets in their conference bag. Your booth is identified as a raffle booth and attendees visit your booth to put their ticket(s) in your treasure chest for the opportunity to win your prize.

Conference Bag Insert - $550

The Conference bag insert is a wonderful way to send attendees to your booth, even your Web site, and to share promotional information while building traffic to your booth. Limited to five inserts total, this insert will be reviewed by all attendees as they plan their visits on the show floor.

Coupon Book - $150 each

A coupon book will be inserted in every convention bag, encouraging attendees to visit your booth and take advantage of your product promotions, special discounts or future offers. Get orders at the show, ready to go! (Available based on interest)


Hotel Programs

Hotel Room Drops - Call for Pricing

Deliver promotional materials, welcome packets, press releases, welcome or good night gifts, special event invitations, samples and booth traffic building coupons directly to hotel rooms of meeting attendees during peak nights. Room drops are convenient, provide flexible messaging and are a cost-effective exhibitor marketing tool, off-site of expo and free of advertising competition.

Hotel Key Cards - Call for Pricing

The hotel key cards are a unique opportunity to have every attendee carry around your corporate message. You can advertise your booth, a special event, a new product release - the possibilities are endless.


Socials & Gatherings

Cyber Café - $20,000

The Cyber Café is popular among attendees who need to stay in touch with their email, offices and families while attending the conference. Get their attention and gain their gratitude for making this handy service available, while featuring your corporate message.

Just Desserts for Attendees - $1,700

On the Exhibit floor for two hours in the afternoon, the idea of ice cream, chocolate and cookies will bring attendees running to meet this sponsor.

Popcorn for Attendees - $2,000

On the Exhibit floor for two hours in the afternoon, the aroma of fresh popcorn will draw attendees to this sponsor’s booth.

Smoothies for Attendees - $2,800

Other attendees will want to know where this sponsor’s booth is once they see these icy concoctions. Don’t miss this opportunity, on the Exhibit floor for two hours only.

Wine Tasting Reception - $35,000

Delight attendees with a sampling of premium white, red and dessert Monterey wines paired with the appropriate hors d’oeuvres. Attendees will receive napkins and wine glass plate holders with your company logo on them. Wine glass and plate will go home as souvenirs.

Food for Thought Breakfasts (Friday & Saturday) - $6,700 + speaker expenses per session
(three opportunities per day)

The Food for Thought Breakfasts fill up fast! You will have a captive audience. Attendees come to have a hot breakfast while your company presents an informational session. Focus on your newest services and products, or present a COPE approved program which relates to your product.


Education

Per Course - $4,000

  • Sponsor will be highlighted in the Registration Brochure and the Conference Program and Exhibitor Guide with your logo and a 50-word company and/or product description
  • Sponsor will be recognized on signage for sponsored sessions
  • Sponsor will receive post-conference recognition in COA’s official publication, California Optometry

Per Speaker for Full Conference - $6,500

Sponsors will receive "Per Course" benefits, plus:
  • Sponsor will receive one complimentary conference registration for either employees or select priority clients
  • Sponsors may have a company representative introduce session(s) and give recognition to the sponsored company *
  • Your sponsorship includes all the sessions presented by the speaker you select from the educational program

Per Full Day of Courses ** - $18,000 (Exclusive sponsor for the day)

Sponsors will receive "Per Course" and "Per Speaker for Full Conference" benefits, plus:
  • Sponsor will be the exclusive education sponsor for the day (Friday or Saturday; $10,000 for Sunday)
  • Sponsor will be recognized on registration area and all classroom signage
  • Sponsor will receive complimentary conference registration for three employees or select priority clients
  • Sponsor may distribute limited literature, approved by COA, in the registration area
  • Sponsor may have a company representative introduce sessions and give recognition to the sponsored company*. Here’s another opportunity to personally invite attendees to your booth in the Exhibit Hall!


*Please Note: To protect our CE Provider status, company introductions will be scripted in conjunction with COA staff.

** This sponsorship has limited availability. If individual speaker or sessions are already sponsored, the full day sponsorship is unavailable.
