Sponsorship Levels

Be recognized as an official conference sponsor at one of these levels:
Platinum $25,000 +
Gold $24,999 - $7,500
Silver $7,499 - $2,500
Bronze $2,499 - $550
All conference sponsors receive the following benefits:

Three established educational investment plasn are offered: sponsor a course, a speaker, or a full day of education.

  • $4,500 per speaker for full conference
  • $1,000 per hour

Course Handout Digital Storage - Call for pricing

Sponsor this item and have your company logo and special marketing message placed on the Monterey Symposium course handout digital storage.

Conference Bags/Badgeholders - $7,500

This is a favorite! The conference bag is big enough to hold all of the conference give-aways, and attendees use the bag all year at work and around town, extending your company name and messaging. The bags are canvas tote bags with a mesh water bottle pocket. The conference logo and your company logo will be on the bag for everyone to see.

Conference Notepads - $3,000

Notepads are always in use. The notepad has a pen loop and inside front pocket, is customized with your company logo or message, and distributed in all conference bags. Your message will be in front of the attendee long after the conference.

Message Board - $1,500

Placed in a highly visible location in the registration lobby, the message board provides the day’s schedule of events and is the official message site for all attendees to check and leave messages. This board will be a hub of activity, serving all Monterey Symposium attendees. Your company’s prominently displayed greeting will welcome all.

Exhibit Hall Raffle - Call for Costs (determined by item sponsored)

The Exhibit Hall Raffle invites attendees to visit your booth to see the prize your company is sponsoring. Each attendee receives raffle tickets in their conference bag. Your booth is identified as a raffle booth and attendees visit your booth to put their ticket(s) in your raffle box for the opportunity to win your prize. Conference Bag Insert - $550

The Conference bag insert is a wonderful way to send attendees to your booth, even your Web site, and to share promotional information while building traffic to your booth. Limited to five inserts total, this insert will be reviewed by all attendees as they plan their visits on the show floor.

Hotel Room Drops - Call for Pricing

Deliver promotional materials, welcome packets, press releases, welcome or good night gifts, special event invitations, samples and booth traffic building coupons directly to hotel rooms of meeting attendees during peak nights. Room drops are convenient, provide flexible messaging and are a cost-effective exhibitor marketing tool, off-site of expo and free of advertising competition.

Hotel Key Cards - Call for Pricing

The hotel key cards are a unique opportunity to have every attendee carry around your corporate message. You can advertise your booth, a special event, a new product release - the possibilities are endless.


Socials & Gatherings

Wi-Fi in Classrooms & Public Areas - $10,000

Help our attendees stay in touch with their email, offices and families while attending the conference. Get their attention and gain their gratitude for making this handy service available.

Mobile Charging Zone - $5,000

Food for Thought Breakfasts (Friday & Saturday) - $7,500 + expenses

The Food for Thought Breakfasts fill up fast! You will have a captive audience. Attendees come to have a hot breakfast while your company presents an informational session. Focus on your newest services and products, or present a COPE approved program which relates to your product.
